The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Installation dimensions are compatible with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, ensuring strong adaptability. The valve body undergoes quenching and hardening treatment, making it corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. Seals are made of imported materials resistant to high and low temperatures, suitable for harsh working conditions such as dusty, high-temperature, and heavy-load environments.

The valve body cavity is precision honed, and an internal high-temperature alloy pressure-resistant spring prevents fatigue deformation during long-term high-frequency opening and closing.

A multi-layer sealing structure isolates hydraulic oil impurities and high-temperature corrosion, significantly reducing the probability of oil leakage and pressure relief failures. Available in two specifications: main relief and branch overload relief, protecting the main hydraulic circuit and the boom, stick, and travel branch circuits respectively, providing double buffering against hydraulic pressure shocks.
