The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Equipped with oil-resistant and high-pressure-resistant seals, it boasts excellent sealing performance, impact resistance, and wear resistance. Product Introduction

This GVO relief valve is custom-designed for the hydraulic circuits of Kobelco SK60-3/SK60-5/SK60-6 excavators, matching the original factory standard pressure adjustment range. Pressure regulation is linear and smooth, with instantaneous overload pressure relief without delay.

The valve body is precision honed and features a built-in high-strength, pressure-resistant alloy spring, making it resistant to fatigue and deformation even with long-term repeated pressure relief. The multi-layer sealing channel design resists hydraulic oil impurities and high-temperature corrosion, significantly reducing the incidence of oil leakage and pressure relief failures. It is available in two types: main relief for the main boom and branch overload relief, respectively protecting the main hydraulic circuit of the machine and the hydraulic circuits of the boom, stick, and travel branches, providing double buffering against hydraulic pressure shocks.

Each finished product undergoes pressure testing, resulting in minimal pressure error, reducing the frequency of major overhauls of the distribution valve and main pump, and comprehensively extending the service life of the mini excavator's hydraulic assembly.
