The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

Product Introduction

This is a single-circuit overload relief valve, specifically designed for the hydraulic system of the  E307D mini excavator. It independently limits the peak pressure of a single-acting branch, and the bottom adjustment mechanism allows for precise calibration of the branch relief pressure, fully matching the original factory hydraulic calibration parameters.

1. Independent Pressure Protection for Each Branch Circuit: Independently controls the maximum working pressure of the boom, stick, and breaker hydraulic circuits. When excavating hard soil or rocks, the system instantly overflows and releases pressure when the load exceeds the limit, protecting the corresponding cylinders and hydraulic motors. This prevents damage from high pressure in a single branch circuit and reduces hydraulic maintenance costs for mini excavators.
