The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. The threads, oil passages, and sealing structure are 1:1 replicas of the original parts, eliminating the need for grinding or modifying the valve body during maintenance and disassembly, significantly reducing downtime for large equipment maintenance.

1. Heavy-duty branch pressure protection: Independently controls the maximum working pressure of the boom, stick, and breaker hydraulic circuits. In hard rock excavation, it instantly overflows and releases pressure when the load exceeds the limit, protecting core components such as cylinders and hydraulic motors from high-pressure burst damage, significantly reducing the high overhaul costs of heavy excavators.

2. Mining-enhanced wear-resistant process: The valve body is integrally quenched and strengthened, resisting impact and corrosion from slag and oil.
