The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. The GVO cartridge relief valve is specifically designed for use with JCB 3CX and 4CX backhoe loaders/excavators. It's a core hydraulic component for pressure stabilization and overload protection in the vehicle's hydraulic system, corresponding to part numbers 25/222659 and 25/618901, perfectly compatible with the entire 3CX and 4CX series.

The valve body is made of 40Cr alloy steel, forged and tempered, with a mirror-polished finish for rust and wear resistance, capable of withstanding long-term continuous high-pressure impacts.

The internal valve core is ground with micron-level high precision and equipped with oil-resistant and aging-resistant fluororubber sealing kits. Under conditions of sand, mud, water, and alternating high and low temperatures on construction sites, it is less prone to valve core jamming, internal oil leakage, and pressure drop.

When the hydraulic circuit is overloaded during operation, the valve can instantly buffer and release pressure, greatly reducing the damage of high pressure impact to the hydraulic pump, multi-way distribution valve, lifting cylinder, and digging cylinder. This effectively solves common problems in 3CX/4CX such as weak shoveling, digging stall, boom lifting and sinking, motion jamming, hydraulic oil temperature soaring, and unstable system pressure.
