The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Product Introduction

This GVO cartridge-type main relief valve is a custom-designed hydraulic main control valve accessory for the classic Komatsu PC200-6 and PC200-7 models. It is a core pressure protection component in the excavator's hydraulic control system, directly installed inside the main control valve block, playing a crucial role in limiting pressure, relieving overload pressure, and stabilizing system pressure in the entire hydraulic main circuit.

The valve body is forged from a single high-purity 40Cr alloy steel blank, overcoming the shortcomings of ordinary castings that are prone to sand holes and high-pressure cracking. It is precision-machined in one piece on a CNC lathe. The internal valve core and seat mating surfaces are treated with high-precision external cylindrical grinding and internal honing processes, controlling the mating clearance to the micron level to eliminate high-pressure internal leakage problems.

The valve stem surface undergoes vacuum carburizing, quenching, and low-temperature tempering, achieving a surface hardness of HRC58-62, providing excellent resistance to impact, hydraulic oil erosion, and wear from impurity particles.

The external adjusting nut and locking hexagonal nut are made of high-strength tempered steel, with thread rolling to prevent stripping. They remain securely locked even after multiple pressure adjustments, preventing pressure shift during operation.
