The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Equipped with oil-resistant and high-pressure-resistant seals, it boasts excellent sealing performance, impact resistance, and wear resistance. Suitable for the high-pressure hydraulic conditions of excavators, it effectively prevents internal leakage, pressure loss, operational instability, and vibration.

Product Introduction

This GVO cartridge-type main relief valve is specifically designed for the Komatsu PC200-6, PC210-6, and PC230-6 sixth-generation classic excavators on the same platform. It is an indispensable pressure safety control valve within the main control valve assembly and a key wear component in the hydraulic system of the 6D95 diesel engine.

The valve core and seat mating pair are precision ground using a high-precision CNC cylindrical grinder and internal honing process. The clearance between the valve core and valve sleeve is controlled at the micron level, minimizing internal leakage of high-pressure hydraulic oil and structurally eliminating pressure drop problems caused by internal leakage.

The valve stem undergoes vacuum carburizing and quenching followed by low-temperature tempering, achieving a surface hardness of HRC58–62. This provides superior resistance to hydraulic oil particle erosion, wear from mud and sand impurities, and high-frequency impact fatigue, making it less prone to scoring or damage to the sealing surface even under harsh working conditions with impurities in mining hydraulic oil.

The end features a double-sealing structure with a high-temperature fluororubber O-ring and a wear-resistant PTFE retaining ring, capable of withstanding hydraulic oil temperatures from -25℃ to 125℃, resisting long-term high-temperature oil aging, mineral hydraulic oil corrosion, and pressure shock damage.

The top pressure adjusting nut and double-layer locking nut are made of tempered high-strength steel, with threads processed using a rolling process. After multiple pressure adjustments, stripping and loosening of the locking mechanism will not occur, preventing unwarranted pressure drift and drop during operation.
