The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Equipped with oil-resistant and high-pressure-resistant seals, it boasts excellent sealing performance, impact resistance, and wear resistance. Suitable for the high-pressure hydraulic conditions of excavators, it effectively prevents internal leakage, pressure loss, operational instability, and vibration.

Product Introduction

This GVO cartridge-type main relief valve is exclusively developed for Komatsu's classic 7th generation direct injection excavators. It is perfectly compatible with three models: the PC220-7 standard body, the PC220LC-7 extended tracked version, and the PC270-7 heavy-duty excavator. The main control valve's cartridge hole position, thread specifications, insertion depth, and oil passage layout are completely unified across these three models, allowing for universal and direct interchangeable installation. It is also compatible with the PC210-7 and PC240-7, derivative models from the same platform. It is the most critical pressure safety and wear component in the hydraulic system of Komatsu's 7 series 20-ton and 27-ton excavators.

The valve body is integrally forged from 40Cr high-quality alloy structural steel, completely eliminating the fatal defects of low-end cast iron valve bodies, such as sand holes, high-pressure oil leakage, and cracking and deformation under long-term pulse pressure.

The forged blank undergoes long-term aging stress relief treatment to eliminate internal forging stress, preventing valve body deformation under long-term high-frequency hydraulic impact. The valve core and seat sealing assembly employs a dual precision machining process: CNC external cylindrical grinding and high-precision internal honing. The clearance between the valve core and valve sleeve is controlled at the micron level, minimizing internal leakage of high-pressure hydraulic oil and fundamentally solving the problems of pressure drop and power loss caused by internal leakage.

The end features a double sealing structure combining a high-temperature resistant fluororubber O-ring and a wear-resistant PTFE retaining ring. This structure can withstand a wide temperature range of hydraulic oil environments from -25℃ to 125℃, resisting high-temperature oil aging during continuous summer operation, corrosion from mineral hydraulic oil, and damage from pressure shocks and compression. The tail pressure regulating screw and double-layer anti-loosening locking nut are all made of tempered high-strength steel, with threads processed using a rolling process. After multiple pressure adjustments, they are less prone to stripping and provide a secure lock, preventing the system pressure from drifting and dropping during operation.
