The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Equipped with oil-resistant and high-pressure-resistant seals, it boasts excellent sealing performance, impact resistance, and wear resistance. Product Introduction

This GVO construction machinery-specific relief valve is custom-molded and matched to Komatsu's classic 20-ton class main models PC200-3, PC200-5, and PC200-6. It is a built-in main relief valve within the excavator's main control distribution valve, also commonly referred to in the industry as a main relief valve, pressure safety valve, or overload relief valve. It is a core protection and pressure regulation component of the entire machine's hydraulic system.

The valve body is constructed from a single forged blank of high-quality alloy structural steel, undergoing dual strengthening treatment of high-temperature tempering and surface high-frequency quenching. The valve body surface hardness meets high industry standards, possessing extremely strong resistance to high-pressure impact, hydraulic oil corrosion, and fatigue deformation. It will not experience problems such as swelling, deformation, or thread stripping even after long-term immersion in hydraulic oil at temperatures above 80℃.

The valve core and seat employ an ultra-high precision inner and outer circle grinding and mating process, with the fitting clearance controlled at the micron level. The sealing cone surface undergoes mirror-finish polishing, effectively eliminating the common problems of slight internal leakage and continuous pressure drop in hydraulic oil under high-pressure conditions.

The internal pressure spring is made of high-temperature resistant alloy spring steel. After numerous fatigue strength tests, the spring force will not decrease or break after tens of thousands of opening and closing cycles, and the overflow pressure remains consistent over a long period. The external connection threads utilize a precision thread rolling process, ensuring uniform pitch and tight engagement. It is equipped with oil-resistant and aging-resistant fluororubber O-rings, preventing oil leakage and seal breakage during high-pressure operation.
