It is a core pressure protection valve in the hydraulic main control system, often referred to in the industry as the distributor's main valve, overload safety valve, or pressure regulating valve.

The valve body base material is made of high-alloy structural steel integral forging blank, and after one-piece molding, it undergoes dual strengthening through tempering heat treatment and surface high-frequency quenching. This maximizes the overall structural rigidity, and the valve body hardness meets stringent heavy-duty standards, enabling it to withstand long-term instantaneous high-pressure impacts, high-temperature hydraulic oil corrosion, and oil impurities without causing fatal problems such as valve body cracking, thread stripping, or body deformation.

The valve core and valve seat adopt a double-end face ultra-precision grinding and matching process, and the sealing cone surface is mirror honed. The micron-level fit gap completely eliminates high pressure internal leakage and pressure drop when the engine is hot. The internal pressure spring is made of high temperature resistant chromium vanadium alloy spring steel. After tens of thousands of fatigue reciprocating opening and closing tests, the elastic force decay rate is extremely low, and the starting pressure remains constant during long-term high-intensity operation.
