This GVO high-precision excavator main relief valve is custom-designed for Komatsu's various tonnage models, perfectly compatible with the PC130-7 and PC130-8 small to medium-sized 13-ton excavators and the PC400-8 40-ton heavy-duty mining excavator. It is a multi-way distribution valve with a built-in main pressure relief valve, commonly referred to in the industry as a hydraulic main valve, overload safety valve, or system pressure regulating valve. It is a core pressure safety component shared by the hydraulic systems of these two significantly different machines.

In the hydraulic working circuit, the relief valve plays three decisive roles: locking the maximum safe working pressure of the hydraulic system, automatically relieving overload pressure when the load exceeds the limit, and buffering the oil circuit pressure impact to stabilize the oil pressure output. It directly determines the flexible digging force of the PC130-7/130-8 in narrow spaces and the smoothness of municipal pipeline trench operations. At the same time, it ensures the ultimate hydraulic thrust of the PC400-8 for hard rock stripping, heavy-duty crushing, and steep slope walking in mines. It plays a fundamental control role in the machine's excavation burst force, lifting load capacity, and rotation and walking traction. The product strictly follows the original Komatsu parts drawings for parameter calibration and structural mold making. The valve core flow orifice diameter, pressure spring load, push rod stroke, mounting thread specifications, hexagonal assembly slots, and drain hole position are all aligned with the original parts. Both the 13-ton mini excavator and the 40-ton heavy-duty excavator can achieve non-destructive direct replacement of the valve cavity. Repair and disassembly do not require grinding the valve block or adding adjustment shims. Replacement can be completed by hand.
