The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

Product Introduction

This GVO high-precision hydraulic main relief valve is custom-designed for Komatsu's 30-ton class main heavy-duty excavators, precisely compatible with the PC300-7 seventh-generation direct injection model and the PC300-8 eighth-generation electronic injection upgraded model. It is a multi-way distribution valve with an integrated main pressure relief valve, commonly referred to in the industry as a hydraulic main cannon, overload safety valve, or system pressure regulating valve. It is the pressure control center and overload safety protection core component of the high-pressure hydraulic circuit in medium and large tonnage heavy-duty excavators.

The valve body outer diameter, hexagonal fastening alignment, total thread length, valve body insertion depth, top push rod extension length, and side drain hole opening position are completely replicated from the original factory design. Maintenance personnel can simply screw in and tighten the valve after disassembling the old relief valve to complete the assembly, without any machining modifications to the valve bore or the addition of adjusting shims. This greatly reduces the downtime for heavy-duty excavators, minimizing direct economic losses caused by construction site downtime.

The product features a modular, split-structure design. If only the sealing ring ages and breaks, or the pressure spring fatigues, the main valve body can be reused by replacing the easily damaged small parts, effectively extending the overall lifespan of the valve components.

Before leaving the factory, the valve undergoes long-term aging and durability testing under extreme conditions, including mining dust intrusion, mud and water immersion corrosion, summer exposure to high temperatures, and winter freezing temperatures. The valve core exhibits outstanding resistance to scratches from hard impurities in the hydraulic oil. Even with inadequate hydraulic oil maintenance and average oil cleanliness, valve jamming and malfunctions are less likely to occur. Under long-term heavy-load mining conditions, the actual service life of the PC300-7 far exceeds that of low-priced, generic overflow valves on the market.
