This GVO high-precision cartridge-type hydraulic main relief valve is specifically designed for Komatsu's new 10th generation electronically controlled heavy-duty excavators and improved versions of older models. It precisely covers the PC360LC-10, PC390-10 10th generation electronically controlled mining excavators, and the PC300-7EO 7th generation improved and enhanced excavator. It is a multi-way main control distribution valve with a built-in cartridge-type pressure relief valve, commonly known in the industry as a hydraulic main control valve, overload safety valve, or system pressure regulating valve. It is the core of pressure control and the ultimate overload safety protection component in the high-pressure hydraulic circuit of these three medium-to-large tonnage heavy-duty equipment.

This matching relief valve strictly adheres to the original factory calibration pressure setting for each Komatsu model, ensuring a smooth and gentle pressure release when the excavation load reaches the upper limit of the safe pressure. On one hand, it rigidly locks the maximum output pressure of the hydraulic main pump, effectively protecting high-priced core hydraulic components such as the hydraulic main pump, travel motor, swing motor, high-pressure cylinder, ultra-high-pressure oil pipes, and multi-way distribution valve from overpressure breakdown damage, significantly reducing the huge repair costs caused by sudden major component failures. On the other hand, it prevents premature and ineffective overflow that consumes hydraulic power, ensuring ample explosive power for the PC390-10 in extreme heavy-duty mining operations, and continuous and stable power output for the PC360LC-10 and PC300-7EO during long-term continuous operation.

Compared to inferior relief valves, which exhibit shortcomings such as achieving the required pressure when cold-started, experiencing a sharp drop in pressure after oil temperature rises, causing severe overflow impact vibration, and producing harsh low-frequency noise in the hydraulic system, the GVO relief valve demonstrates exceptional pressure consistency during cold starts and prolonged continuous operation under full load. Its pressure stabilization performance remains consistent throughout the entire workday, effectively mitigating hidden wear issues such as engine stalling under heavy loads, excessive fuel consumption, abnormal spikes in hydraulic oil temperature, and abnormal wear of the main pump's internal plungers and distributor plate.
