Product Introduction

This GVO high-precision cartridge-type hydraulic main relief valve is custom-developed for Komatsu's classic 30-ton mining heavy-duty excavators (generation 7). It is precisely compatible with the PC300-7, PC350-7, and PC360-7, three main direct-injection models. It is a multi-way main control distribution valve with a built-in cartridge-type pressure relief valve, commonly known in the industry as a hydraulic main cannon, overload safety valve, or system pressure regulating valve. It is the core pressure reference and a key component for overload safety protection in the high-pressure hydraulic circuit of medium-to-large tonnage heavy-duty excavators.

In the entire high-pressure hydraulic transmission system, this relief valve performs three crucial functions: setting and locking the maximum safe working pressure of the hydraulic system; automatically unloading and depressurizing during heavy loads and overloads; and buffering pipeline pressure shocks to stabilize the overall circuit oil pressure output. It directly determines the PC300-7's conventional heavy-duty earthmoving excavation force, the PC350-7's ultimate thrust for hard rock stripping in mining, and the PC360-7's... The enhanced heavy-duty hydraulic breaker model features high-frequency impact stability, providing fundamental control and ultimate protection for the machine's full-load lifting capacity, traction force, and swing output torque.

The product is meticulously replicated according to Komatsu's original valve engineering drawings, with a 1:1 matching of all parameters including insert outer diameter, valve core stroke, flow passage cross-sectional area, pressure spring load coefficient, and upper and lower thread specifications. The insert valve stem size, hexagonal locking position, and top pressure relief hole arrangement are completely replicated from the original structure. All three models allow for non-destructive direct insertion replacement of the distribution valve chamber. Maintenance and disassembly do not require grinding the valve bore inner wall or adding adjusting shims; simply remove the old valve and insert the new one, locking it in place for complete assembly.
