This GVO high-precision cartridge-type hydraulic relief valve is specifically developed for Komatsu's classic 20-ton main model to 27-ton heavy-duty models of the seventh generation. It is precisely compatible with three widely used direct injection systems: the PC200-7 best-selling 20-ton excavator, the PC220-7 reinforced 22-ton excavator, and the PC270-7 medium-to-large tonnage heavy-duty excavator. It is a multi-way main control distribution valve with a built-in cartridge-type pressure relief valve, commonly known in the industry as a hydraulic main gun, overload safety valve, or system pressure regulating valve. It is the core pressure reference and key component for overload safety protection in the high-pressure hydraulic circuit of Komatsu's seventh-generation medium-tonnage excavators.

Designed for Class III load applications, the valve body of this product is constructed from a single, forged high-alloy structural steel blank. It undergoes a dual strengthening process of high-temperature tempering and surface high-frequency quenching, significantly enhancing the overall rigidity, compressive strength, and deformation resistance. This ensures it meets the durability requirements of the PC200-7 for prolonged, mild-load continuous operation, while also withstanding the instantaneous peak high-pressure impacts of the PC270-7 heavy-duty model. Even under long-term immersion in hydraulic oil at temperatures above 85℃ and continuous scouring by hard impurities, it will not exhibit fatal failures such as valve body bulging, thread stripping, or cracking and leakage.

The valve core and seat employ an ultra-precision inner and outer circular grinding process, while the sealing cone surface undergoes mirror honing and polishing. This micron-level minimum clearance completely eliminates common problems in older relief valves, such as high-pressure internal leakage, prolonged hot-start pressure drop, and slow, continuous pressure relief. The internal pressure spring is made of high-temperature, high-fatigue chromium-vanadium alloy spring steel, having undergone tens of thousands of reciprocating opening and closing fatigue life tests. During long-term, continuous relief operation, the spring force decay is extremely low, and the relief start pressure remains constant, completely avoiding the significant risk of hydraulic system pressure loss and main hydraulic pump failure due to spring fatigue fracture.

The upper and lower connecting threads are machined with high-precision thread rolling, ensuring a uniform pitch and tight engagement. They are fitted with oil-resistant, high- and low-temperature resistant, and aging-resistant fluororubber O-rings, preventing seal bulging, breakage, and oil leakage even under continuous high-temperature and high-pressure operation.
