This GVO brand excavator main relief valve is a core hydraulic protection component exclusively for Hitachi's large-tonnage heavy-duty excavators. It is precisely compatible with six classic heavy-duty models: ZX450-3, ZX470H-3, ZX500LC-3, ZX850-3, EX1100-3, and EX1200-5. It is directly mounted within the main control valve body of the multi-way distribution valve, serving as a pressure safety barrier for the entire hydraulic system.

The valve body is entirely forged from a high-strength alloy structural steel blank. Unlike ordinary cast iron parts, which are prone to cracking and low-pressure deformation, this valve body undergoes multiple CNC lathe precision turning, external diameter precision grinding, and internal hole honing. The clearance between the valve core and valve sleeve is controlled to micron-level precision, eliminating common problems such as high-pressure internal leakage, unstable pressure setting, and weak or sluggish operation.

Key pressure-bearing components undergo overall tempering heat treatment and surface carburizing and quenching, achieving the required hardness and possessing excellent impact and fatigue resistance. They can withstand long-term system pressure exceeding 35MPa without issues such as valve core jamming, thread stripping, or sealing groove deformation.

The external hexagonal locking nut features a thickened and reinforced design, preventing slippage during disassembly and pressure adjustments. The valve stem oil outlet has a streamlined chamfered design, ensuring smooth oil flow without throttling resistance. The matching high-pressure fluororubber O-ring is resistant to hydraulic oil corrosion and high temperatures, providing durable sealing performance under continuous high-temperature operation in summer and low-temperature cold start conditions in winter, preventing oil leakage.
