This GVO cartridge-type main relief valve is a core hydraulic system pressure safety component tailored for three heavy-duty Hitachi mining excavators. It precisely matches the main mounting dimensions of the distribution valve in the ZX850-3 third-generation large-tonnage mining excavator, the EX1200-5 ultra-large thousand-ton mining behemoth, and the ZX470-5G National III new heavy-duty model. It replicates the original valve body's outer diameter, thread pitch, insertion depth, and internal pressure regulating structure in a 1:1 ratio, directly serving as the ultimate pressure relief protection barrier for the entire machine's hydraulic circuit.

The entire valve body is forged from a high-strength alloy structural steel blank in one piece, completely avoiding the inherent defects of inferior aftermarket cast iron valve bodies, such as easy cracking under high pressure, slight deformation under long-term load, and erosion damage to the sealing surface by high-speed oil.

The valve core, valve sleeve, and valve body—all core components—undergo three high-precision machining processes: full-size precision turning on a CNC lathe, high-precision centerless grinding of the outer diameter, and diamond honing of the valve sleeve inner bore. The clearance between the valve core and valve sleeve is controlled within micron-level precision tolerances, minimizing internal oil leakage under high pressure. This addresses common industry points such as pressure regulation drift, unstable locking, and weak instantaneous pressure relief under heavy loads from a hardware perspective.

All pressure-bearing components undergo a dual strengthening process of tempering heat treatment and surface carburizing and quenching. This results in uniform valve body hardness, excellent impact resistance, toughness, and fatigue resistance, allowing it to withstand high-frequency repeated opening and closing pressure impacts exceeding 35MPa for extended periods without issues such as valve core jamming, external thread stripping, or permanent deformation of the sealing ring mounting groove. The outer pressure regulating locking nut features a thickened hexagonal reinforced structure, ensuring even force distribution when maintenance personnel adjust the system pressure with a wrench, preventing the nut's edges from becoming rounded and slipping, or the pressure failing to lock properly.
