The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Equipped with oil-resistant and high-pressure-resistant seals, it boasts excellent sealing performance, impact resistance, and wear resistance. Product Introduction

This GVO cartridge-type relief valve is a dedicated distribution valve and main gun pressure protection valve for the E305E2 and E307E2 new E2 series 5-ton and 7-ton mini excavators. It is a 1:1 replica of the original valve bore thread specifications, insertion depth, spring preload stroke, and internal pressure relief structure. It is directly interchangeable between the two models and is an indispensable overload safety pressure relief core component in the hydraulic system of mini excavators.

The entire valve body is precision CNC machined from high-strength alloy structural steel, completely eliminating the inherent shortcomings of cheap aftermarket parts made of ordinary carbon steel, such as easy corrosion, slight deformation under high pressure, and thread stripping.

The valve seat, valve core, and externally threaded valve body are all precision-machined on CNC lathes and internally honed. The sealing surfaces of the valve core and valve seat are mirror-polished, achieving a micron-level sealing precision. This minimizes internal oil leakage under high-pressure conditions, eliminating common industry problems such as pressure setting drift, unreliable locking, and weak or sluggish pressure relief under load.

The core pressure-bearing spring is made of high-temperature resistant, high-fatigue alloy spring steel wire, and undergoes high-temperature tempering and shaping treatment. It has extremely strong resistance to high-frequency reciprocating compression. Even under conditions of thousands of digging impacts per day in a small excavator and high-temperature immersion in hydraulic oil, it will not exhibit rapid elasticity decay, spring fatigue and collapse, or a gradual decrease in pressure relief.
