Product Introduction

This GVO threaded cartridge main relief valve is a universal pressure protection accessory for the main control valve of mainstream domestic 7-ton mini excavators. It is perfectly compatible with four models: the classic and popular SY65 and SY75C-9 mini excavators, the LG75 heavy-duty mini excavator, and the new XG75 mini excavator. It is precisely replicated 1:1 according to the original factory specifications for thread pitch, valve body length, spring stroke, and valve seat sealing dimensions. The valve bore specifications are consistent across all four domestic models, allowing for direct interchangeability. It serves as a crucial overload relief safety barrier for the hydraulic system of domestic mini excavators.

The entire valve body is CNC precision machined from high-grade alloy structural steel, completely eliminating the inherent defects of cheap aftermarket ordinary carbon steel valve bodies, such as easy deformation under high pressure, thread stripping under pressure, and susceptibility to corrosion after long-term oil immersion.

The valve seat sealing face and valve core guide surface undergo high-precision internal honing and mirror polishing, achieving a micron-level sealing fit between the valve core and seat. This minimizes internal oil leakage under high-pressure conditions, fundamentally resolving common industry shortcomings such as pressure regulation drift, insecure locking, and weak or ineffective pressure relief under heavy loads.

The core pressure relief spring is made of high-fatigue-resistance alloy spring steel, cold-rolled and then tempered and stress-relieved at high temperatures. It exhibits excellent resistance to tens of thousands of high-frequency reciprocating compression cycles. Even under the harsh conditions of thousands of daily digging impacts from mini excavators and continuous high-temperature immersion in hydraulic oil, it will not experience spring collapse, elasticity decay, or gradual pressure drop. The top pressure regulating outlet plug is made of tempered alloy steel with a double-hole flow guide design, ensuring smooth hydraulic oil flow without throttling resistance and effectively reducing hydraulic water hammer impact and abnormal oil temperature rise caused by turbulent flow.
