Product Introduction

This GVO threaded cartridge main relief valve is a dedicated distribution valve and main pressure protection valve for the classic 7-ton mini excavators SY75 and SY75C from Sany. It is strictly replicated according to Sany's original valve bore thread specifications, insertion depth, valve core stroke, and pressure relief opening pressure. It is completely interchangeable between the two models and is an indispensable core component for overload safety pressure relief in the hydraulic system of Sany's 75 series mini excavators.

The entire valve body is CNC machined and formed in one piece from high-grade alloy structural steel, completely eliminating the inherent defects of cheap aftermarket ordinary carbon steel valve bodies, such as easy slight deformation under high pressure, thread stripping under pressure, and susceptibility to corrosion after long-term immersion in hydraulic oil.

The valve core, valve sleeve, and sealing port all undergo high-precision internal honing and mirror-finish sealing grinding. The fit between the valve core and valve seat achieves micron-level tolerance, minimizing internal oil leakage under high-pressure conditions. This fundamentally solves common industry shortcomings such as pressure regulation drift, unstable locking, and weak or ineffective pressure relief under heavy loads.

The internal pressure relief spring is made of high-fatigue, high-temperature resistant alloy spring steel wire, and undergoes high-temperature tempering stress-relief treatment. It can withstand thousands of daily excavation impacts and long-term immersion in high-temperature hydraulic oil without spring fatigue, collapse, or gradual pressure drop. The top pressure-adjusting external thread is a standard metric thread, paired with a thickened hexagonal adjusting lock nut. When maintenance personnel adjust the pressure with a wrench and lock the position, the force is evenly distributed, preventing the nut's edges from becoming rounded and slipping, or pressure loss and lockout after adjustment.
