This GVO high-precision cartridge-type relief valve is a dedicated pressure protection valve for the hydraulic system of Komatsu wheel loaders. It is precisely compatible with the classic WA380-6 and WA380-7 generations of mainline loaders, as well as the WA430-6 heavy-duty loader. Used as the main relief valve for the loader's distribution valve and the boom lifting overload safety valve, it is a core, easily damaged component for stabilizing pressure, relieving overload pressure, and protecting the system from overpressure in the hydraulic circuit of loading equipment.

In terms of heat treatment strengthening and precision coupling machining of the valve core, this Komatsu WA series loader-specific relief valve adheres to the stringent manufacturing standards of heavy-duty hydraulic components. The valve body undergoes dual strengthening treatment of tempering and quenching + outer cylindrical precision grinding, resulting in a high surface finish that resists erosion and wear from impurities in the hydraulic oil, reducing the likelihood of persistent internal leakage caused by scratches on the inner wall.

The valve core and valve seat sealing pair employs deep-hole high-precision honing and ultra-mirror-finish grinding processes. The micron-level precision fit significantly improves the valve's opening and closing sensitivity, resulting in rapid pressure response. When the instantaneous load pressure of the hydraulic system exceeds the equipment's set safety threshold, the valve core instantly opens to overflow and stabilize the pressure. Upon pressure drop, it immediately and precisely re-seated to seal and lock the pressure, fundamentally solving a series of typical loader malfunctions caused by aging and failure of the relief valve, including weak boom lifting, slow boom lifting and drooping, sluggish bucket unloading, reduced travel pressure under heavy load, heavy and stiff steering, abnormally high hydraulic oil temperature, and insufficient power when stalling under heavy load.
