This GVO high-precision multi-stage cartridge-type relief valve is specifically designed for Komatsu's classic sixth-generation 20-ton main excavator, fully compatible with the widely used PC200-6, PC220-6, and PC230-6 models. As the core main relief valve of the main control distribution valve, it undertakes three core functions: pressure stabilization of the entire machine's hydraulic system, peak overload pressure relief, and oil circuit overpressure safety protection. It is the most critical hydraulic wear replacement part for repairing power loss and abnormal operation in sixth-generation Komatsu excavators.

The product is strictly replicated according to the original factory valve parts through 3D measurement scanning and 1:1 mold making. The total insertion length of the valve body, the positioning dimensions of the multi-stage stepped sealing groove, the arrangement of the radial pressure relief oil holes, the external thread pitch and engagement length, and the structure of the tail pressure adjusting screw and locking nut are all completely aligned with the original machine parts standard, perfectly matching the valve hole installation benchmark of the distribution valves of the three models.

The repair and replacement process requires no modification to the valve block, such as boring, reaming, grinding the valve seat, or adding adjusting copper shims.
