The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. The upper valve core guide sliding position of the valve body is equipped with an ultra-high temperature resistant fluororubber combination sealing ring, which can withstand long-term corrosion from the high-temperature deterioration of hydraulic oil in the engine room, as well as hardening, cracking, and permanent deformation failure of the sealing ring caused by rapid rises and falls in oil temperature. Two independent stepped sealing grooves in the middle section of the valve body are each fitted with a thickened oil-resistant nitrile rubber O-ring. This double sealing layer forms a tight protective barrier, completely preventing high-pressure hydraulic oil from leaking outwards from the joint between the valve body and the multi-way valve block. Even under harsh conditions such as continuous shift operation in muddy construction sites during the rainy season, dusty quarries, and where hydraulic oil maintenance is delayed and the oil cleanliness is poor, there will be no risk of external oil leakage or seepage through threaded gaps.

The external thread of the cartridge installation is manufactured using a precision rolling process, resulting in a full and regular thread profile with a high degree of surface smoothness. This ensures a smooth engagement without chipping or stripping during screwing into the valve cavity, preventing damage to the internal threads and avoiding secondary repair and rework costs. The large hexagonal locking nut at the bottom distributes force evenly, ensuring the valve body remains firmly in place throughout heavy excavation impacts, long-distance off-road travel, and high-frequency rotation and start-stop vibrations, effectively preventing system pressure drift and imbalance caused by long-term vibration. The valve body undergoes a blackening and passivation treatment for rust and corrosion prevention, exhibiting excellent resistance to construction mud and water corrosion and electrochemical corrosion in humid environments. This minimizes the risk of rust and valve core jamming during long-term outdoor parking or installation in humid underground conditions, significantly reducing labor costs associated with repeated disassembly, adjustment, and pressure readjustment, as well as project delays caused by sudden equipment shutdowns.
