This GVO cartridge-type main relief valve is a core pressure protection component for hydraulic systems, developed with strict adherence to Komatsu's original valve structure, pressure parameters, and installation dimensions. It is precisely compatible with three mainstream 20-ton excavators: the PC200-7, PC220-7 classic mechanical hydraulic model, and the PC200-8 electronically upgraded version. As a built-in main pressure regulating safety valve within a multi-way distribution valve, it fulfills three core functions: limiting the maximum pressure of the entire machine's hydraulic system, providing pressure relief during heavy-load instantaneous overload, and maintaining pressure under continuous load.

The complete multi-layer sealing structure is deeply adapted to the harsh operating environments of excavators, including high-temperature engine compartments, dusty work sites, mud and water corrosion, high-frequency vibration, and fluctuating temperature differences. Considering the long-term shift work characteristics of these three models, it has undergone comprehensive upgrades in high-temperature resistance, leak prevention, vibration resistance, and rust and corrosion prevention.

The upper valve core guide sliding position of the valve body is equipped with a high-temperature resistant fluororubber combination sealing ring, which can resist the corrosion of high-temperature oil in the closed engine compartment in summer and the hardening, cracking and permanent deformation failure of the sealing ring caused by repeated rise and fall of oil temperature; the middle section of the valve body has two stepped independent sealing grooves with thickened oil-resistant nitrile O-rings, forming a double seal to completely prevent high-pressure hydraulic oil from leaking from the joint surface between the valve body and the distribution valve. Even if the vehicle is continuously operating under rough conditions such as muddy construction sites, dusty quarries and untimely hydraulic oil maintenance during the rainy season, there will be no problem of oil leakage from the valve body or thread gaps.
