Product Introduction

This GVO high-end replacement threaded cartridge relief valve is specifically designed for the new generation GC series intelligent hydraulic excavators, fully covering multiple main tonnage models including E320GC, E323GC, E330GC, E336GC, and E340GC. It is the core safety valve for pressure control within the main control multi-way valve system of the entire machine, and is often referred to by industry maintenance personnel as the main pressure relief valve, system overload pressure regulating valve, and multi-way valve main safety valve.

The valve body is made of high-strength alloy structural steel in a single forged blank, undergoing a dual heat treatment process of tempering and quenching + tempering. This significantly improves the overall structural rigidity, pressure resistance, deformation resistance, and fatigue impact resistance of the valve body, enabling it to withstand the high-frequency pressure pulse impacts of a 30-ton excavator's hydraulic system for extended periods without the risk of valve body tensile deformation or thread stripping and breakage under stress.

The outer surface of the valve body undergoes hot-dip galvanizing passivation treatment, providing excellent rust prevention, resistance to hydraulic oil corrosion, and resistance to mud and dust erosion. Even in harsh environments such as mining and gravel construction sites, muddy construction sites, and long-term outdoor storage, the surface is not prone to oxidation or pitting. Repeated disassembly and assembly maintains smooth thread engagement, ensuring maximum durability.

Internally, the core valve core, valve sleeve, and pilot control plunger all undergo multiple precision machining processes, including centerless outer diameter grinding, high-precision inner bore honing, and valve port mirror polishing. The clearance between components is controlled within micron-level tolerances, ensuring near-zero internal leakage sealing under high-pressure lock-up conditions and guaranteeing smooth, unobstructed valve core opening and closing. This minimizes the risk of valve core jamming or overflow caused by fine impurities in the hydraulic oil.
