This threaded cartridge-type main relief valve is a core pressure control component of the new generation of hydraulic systems for medium and large tonnage excavators. It precisely covers multiple mainstream classic models, including the E320, E323, E330, E336, and E340, and is also compatible with the installation standards of upgraded E-series direct injection and electronic injection hydraulic valve groups on the same platform. As the main relief valve for the distribution valve, it directly determines the maximum working pressure and load output capacity of the entire machine's hydraulic system, making it an indispensable safety protection and pressure regulation component in the excavator's hydraulic circuit.

The valve body is made of ultra-high strength alloy structural steel, integrally forged from a blank, overcoming the shortcomings of ordinary castings that are prone to sand holes and pressure cracking. The internal valve core, valve seat, and throttling damping sleeve all undergo integral carburizing and quenching + deep cryogenic tempering double hardening treatment, achieving surface hardness that meets the high standards of the precision hydraulic valve industry. It possesses extremely strong resistance to high-pressure impact and high-frequency reciprocating wear, and is less prone to sealing surface scoring, valve core jamming, excessive clearance, and internal leakage under long-term high-pressure hydraulic oil scouring.

The valve body is entirely treated with hot-dip galvanizing and passivation for corrosion protection. Facing harsh operating conditions such as flying debris from mines, immersion in mud and water on construction sites, long-term corrosion from high-temperature hydraulic oil, and large temperature differences between day and night, it effectively prevents rust, thread stripping, and surface oxidation, ensuring consistent accuracy even after repeated disassembly and reassembly. The valve bore is precision-machined at the micron level using a five-axis CNC machine tool, resulting in uniform and symmetrical oil port throttling orifices. Combined with a fluororubber fully encapsulated sealing ring resistant to high and low temperatures and hydraulic oil corrosion, it maintains stable and leak-free sealing performance under extreme conditions, including prolonged high-temperature, full-load operation in summer and cold-start operation in winter.
