The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

Product Introduction

This plate-mounted main relief valve is a dedicated hydraulic main control pressure valve for Komatsu 4D95 engine classic 10-13 ton excavators. It is fully and precisely compatible with the PC100-6, PC120-6 standard version, PC120SC special model, PC128US tailless swing excavator, PC128UU compact excavator, and the entire PC130U urban mini-excavator series. As the main pressure regulating valve in the distribution valve assembly, it is a core precision component for locking the upper pressure limit and overload protection of the entire machine's hydraulic system.

The valve body is made of high-strength ductile iron, integrally cast. The internal flow channels are cast in one piece and then precision machined on a CNC milling machine. The wall thickness is uniform and dense, free from casting defects such as sand holes, air holes, and shrinkage cavities. It can withstand the high-frequency, high-pressure impact of the hydraulic system for a long time, eliminating valve body pressure cracking and internal oil leakage problems.

The valve core, valve seat, and pressure regulating spring are all made of high-quality alloy steel, undergoing a complete heat treatment process including carburizing, quenching, precision grinding, polishing, and stress relief aging. The valve core surface achieves a micron-level smoothness, ensuring smooth opening and closing without jamming. This significantly reduces the risk of scratches and wear caused by high-pressure oil erosion, fundamentally minimizing malfunctions such as excessive internal leakage and pressure failure during use.

The valve body undergoes a blackening and rust-proofing treatment on the exterior, and rust-proofing phosphating treatment on the internal oil passages. It is resistant to rust and blockage of the oil ports even under conditions such as mud and water immersion on construction sites, humid environments, long-term corrosion from hydraulic oil, and continuous high-temperature erosion. Even after prolonged outdoor storage, internal rust and valve jamming will not occur. The valve body incorporates imported oil-resistant and high-temperature fluororubber sealing components, suitable for prolonged high-intensity operation in summer and cold-start conditions in winter. The sealing rings are not prone to aging, hardening, or oil leakage.
