Product Introduction

This plate-type main relief valve is a core pressure control assembly in the hydraulic system of Komatsu's 7th generation 11-ton to 16-ton main models. It is specifically designed for the PC110-7, PC130-7, and PC160-7 classic direct-injection excavators. As the main pressure regulating valve on the main control distribution valve, it directly controls the highest working pressure of the entire machine's negative flow hydraulic system, making it a key precision hydraulic component that determines digging force and operational stability.

The valve body is integrally cast from high-strength, dense ductile iron. The internal flow channels are produced using a lost-wax precision casting process, resulting in uniform and dense wall thickness. This avoids common defects in ordinary castings, such as sand holes, air holes, and internal porosity leading to pressure cracking. It can withstand high-pressure hydraulic oil pulse impacts over long periods, eliminating internal oil leakage and shell seepage problems.

The valve core, valve seat, pressure regulating spring, and damping core are all made of high-carbon alloy steel. They undergo a complete heat treatment and precision machining process, including carburizing and quenching, low-temperature tempering, and high-precision external cylindrical grinding and mirror polishing. The surface roughness of the valve core reaches the precision level of hydraulic valves, ensuring smooth and unobstructed reciprocating opening and closing. This significantly reduces malfunctions such as sealing surface scratches, increased clearance, and excessive internal leakage caused by long-term high-pressure oil erosion.

The valve body undergoes a blackening and rust-proofing passivation treatment on the exterior, and phosphating for rust prevention in the internal oil passages. This prevents rust and blockage of the oil passages, even under harsh operating conditions such as mud and water splashes on construction sites, exposure to moisture, and long-term immersion in high-temperature hydraulic oil. The valve body structure maintains long-term stability and reliability.
