Product Introduction

This threaded cartridge-type relief valve is specifically designed for the hydraulic system of Hyundai's 7th generation 21-ton class main excavators, perfectly compatible with the classic Hyundai R210-7, R215-7, and R220-7 earthmoving machines. As the main control valve built into the main control valve block to regulate the main gun pressure, it is a core precision component that limits the maximum pressure and unloads overload in the entire hydraulic circuit, directly determining the machine's digging power, smoothness of operation, and the service life of major components such as the hydraulic pump and cylinders.

The valve body and valve core assembly are integrally machined from high-hardness alloy structural steel bars. Unlike ordinary rough-machined valve bodies, this design utilizes CNC lathe precision machining and external cylindrical grinding mirror polishing throughout the process. Cylindricity and coaxiality tolerances are controlled to the micron level, resulting in uniform clearance after insertion into the valve hole, ensuring smooth reciprocating opening and closing without jamming or uneven wear.

The internal valve seat, pressure regulating valve core, pressure spring, and damping throttling plate all undergo double heat treatment: carburizing and quenching followed by low-temperature stress-relieving tempering. This significantly improves surface hardness, resisting long-term high-speed erosion by high-pressure hydraulic oil and wear from tiny oil particles, thus preventing high-frequency malfunctions such as valve core scoring, sealing surface failure, and large internal leakage under high pressure.

The external thread uses a standard metric precision thread with uniform pitch and tight engagement, preventing pressure leakage, loosening, or seepage after tightening. The top pressure regulating lock nut, combined with an anti-loosening washer, prevents displacement under long-term vibration conditions, ensuring long-term stable and non-drifting set pressure. All sealing rings are made of oil-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, and aging-resistant fluororubber. Even under prolonged high-intensity full-load operation in summer and low-temperature cold start conditions in winter, the rings will not harden, shrink, deform, or leak oil, ensuring long-lasting sealing reliability.
