The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Product Introduction

This threaded cartridge-type main relief valve is a dedicated pressure control valve for the hydraulic systems of two classic Hyundai main excavator models. It is perfectly compatible with the Hyundai R140 small earthmoving excavator and the R215-7 medium-sized 21-ton excavator. As the main relief valve integrated into the multi-way main control valve block, it plays a crucial role in limiting the maximum pressure of the entire hydraulic circuit and in overload pressure relief and stabilization. It directly determines the excavation power, smoothness of operation, and the service life of major components such as the hydraulic pump, cylinders, and travel motor.

The entire relief valve core assembly is made from solid alloy structural steel bars, precision-machined on a high-precision CNC lathe. The cylindrical surface undergoes centerless grinding and external cylindrical mirror grinding for secondary precision machining. The coaxiality and clearance of the valve core are controlled at the micron level, ensuring smooth sliding after installation in the valve bore without issues such as uneven wear, impurities causing jamming, or difficulty in opening and closing.

The internal valve core, valve seat, pressure regulating spring, and throttling damper are all subjected to double heat treatment of carburizing quenching and low-temperature stress relief tempering, which greatly improves the surface hardness and can resist the high-speed scouring of high-pressure hydraulic oil and the abrasive scratches of small hard particles in the oil for a long time. This fundamentally avoids common faults such as damage to the valve core sealing surface, excessive internal leakage under high pressure, and inability to lock the pressure.
