It is a universal main pressure relief valve for many imported mini excavators, wheeled excavators, skid steer loaders, aerial work platforms, and hydraulic power units.

Firstly, it features extreme load overload relief protection: When the equipment is subjected to extreme conditions such as deep excavation in hard soil, rock prying and breaking, forced bucket pressure buildup, overload pushing due to travel mechanism jamming, or hydraulic attachments being overloaded, the hydraulic main circuit pressure surges instantaneously. The relief valve opens rapidly and sensitively within milliseconds to relieve pressure, returning excess high-pressure oil to the hydraulic tank. This effectively locks the maximum safe pressure of the entire hydraulic system, protecting the hydraulic pump, multi-way distribution valve, hydraulic cylinders, high-pressure hoses, and travel/slewing motor from instantaneous high-pressure rupture damage, significantly reducing the high replacement and repair costs of major hydraulic components.

Secondly, the linear adjustable constant pressure stabilization function allows for smooth and fine-tuning of the machine system's overflow pressure via the top adjusting screw. Once locked with the locking nut, the pressure will not decrease or deviate during prolonged heavy-duty continuous operation, ensuring stable hydraulic output pressure. This guarantees ample force for single actions such as digging and lifting, boom retraction, bucket extension and retraction, and slewing and traveling. Combined actions are smooth, without shaking, lag, or deviation, mitigating the shortcomings of inconsistent operating handle feel and varying digging force caused by pressure fluctuations. The valve body incorporates an integrated damping buffer structure to absorb the hydraulic water hammer impact generated by the high-frequency opening and closing of the valve core, reducing pipeline vibration and hydraulic noise, minimizing long-term fatigue wear of the entire hydraulic system, and restoring the smooth, linear, and refined operating feel of the original factory hydraulic system.
