Product Introduction

This RPEC-LAN threaded cartridge relief valve is specifically developed for Komatsu mini excavators PC10, PC40, PC50UD, and PC50UU. It is a core main relief valve integrated into the distribution valve body. As a core component for pressure control in the entire machine's hydraulic system, it is responsible for limiting the system's maximum pressure, overload relief, and constant pressure stabilization. It directly determines the equipment's digging force, action response speed, and smoothness of complex operations. It comprehensively protects expensive hydraulic components such as the main hydraulic pump, boom cylinders, travel motor, and high-pressure oil pipes, preventing damage from sudden high pressure caused by pressure buildup and overload.

The entire relief valve core assembly is CNC precision-machined from a high-toughness solid alloy structural steel bar. The valve core's cylindrical surface undergoes two precision machining processes: centerless grinding and mirror polishing. The valve core's coaxiality and radial clearance achieve micron-level precision, ensuring smooth reciprocating sliding within the valve hole. This effectively avoids common faults such as uneven wear, hydraulic oil impurities causing jamming, and valve core opening and closing difficulties, reducing the failure rate from a precision machining perspective.

The valve core, valve seat sealing pair, pressure regulating spring, throttling damper and other internal moving core parts are all made of carburizing and quenching + low temperature stress relief tempering dual heat treatment process, which takes into account both surface wear resistance and matrix toughness. It can resist the continuous flushing of high pressure hydraulic oil and the grinding and scratching of small hard particles in the oil for a long time, and eliminate the common failures of relief valves such as sealing surface scratches, excessive internal leakage of high pressure and inability to lock the system set pressure.
