This RPEC-LAN threaded cartridge relief valve is compatible with EC360 and EC460 large and medium-sized excavators, and Kobelco SK60-5 and SK70 mini excavators. As the core pressure control valve in the hydraulic distribution system, it is responsible for controlling the upper pressure limit of the hydraulic system, overload relief, and maintaining constant pressure. It directly determines the equipment's digging power, action response speed, and the smoothness of complex movements. It provides comprehensive protection for high-value hydraulic components such as the main hydraulic pump, cylinders, travel and swing motors, and high-pressure oil pipes, preventing damage to components caused by sudden high-pressure impacts under heavy loads.

First, the ultimate overload pressure relief protection function: In heavy-duty earthmoving and rock excavation and breaking operations on EC360 and EC460 models, and in hard soil excavation, rock prying, and bucket pressurization operations on Kobelco SK60-5 and SK70 models, the hydraulic oil pressure rises sharply and instantaneously. The relief valve quickly and sensitively opens to relieve pressure, returning excess high-pressure oil to the hydraulic tank and locking the maximum safe pressure of the entire hydraulic system. This effectively protects the main hydraulic pump, multi-way distribution valve, boom and arm cylinders, high-pressure hoses, and travel and swing motors, preventing component damage caused by instantaneous high pressure and significantly reducing the high maintenance and replacement costs of major hydraulic components.
