As a core pressure protection control valve in a multi-way distribution system, it is precisely machined according to original manufacturer specifications. Thread specifications, orifice layout, valve core stroke, and rated opening pressure all match original parts. It supports direct cartridge replacement, eliminating the need for secondary processing or modification of the valve block during maintenance, effectively shortening downtime for heavy equipment maintenance.

The valve body is integrally forged from high-strength alloy steel. The valve core friction pair undergoes carburizing, quenching, hardening, and high-precision honing to precisely control the clearance between the valve core and valve sleeve. This significantly suppresses internal leakage under long-term high-pressure, high-flow, and heavy-load conditions, stabilizing and locking the standard working oil pressure of the hydraulic system. It specifically addresses common faults in this series of mining excavators, such as pressure drop under heavy load, insufficient digging force, slow boom lifting, overflow noise, jamming during complex movements, and stalling under heavy load.
