Working principle and function of proportional pilot solenoid valve

     Working principle: Based on the principle of electromagnetic switch valve, electromagnetic force is generated when the electromagnetic coil is energized, overcoming the spring force to move the valve core, opening the valve to allow the pilot oil to pass. Unlike ordinary solenoid valves, it can accurately control the displacement of the valve core by changing the coil current. The coil current is balanced with the electromagnetic force and the spring force, so that the valve opening is linearly related to the coil current, thereby accurately controlling the flow and pressure of the pilot oil.
