Working Principle

  When the excavator is working, the high-pressure oil output by the hydraulic pump enters the main overflow valve. Under normal circumstances, since the valve core in the valve is in a closed state due to the spring force, the high-pressure oil enters the ground cavity through the throttle hole inside the lift valve. At this time, the pressure difference on both sides of the valve core keeps the valve closed. When the system pressure rises to exceed the set pressure of the pilot cone valve spring, the pilot cone valve opens, and the high-pressure oil in the ground cavity enters the return oil circuit of the control valve through the pilot cone valve. The pressure in the ground cavity decreases, and the lift valve opens under the action of the left and right pressure difference, so that the high-pressure oil directly enters the return oil circuit to achieve overflow, thereby limiting the further increase of system pressure.
