Pressure control valve core

   - Principle: According to the pressure change of the hydraulic system, the gap between the valve core and the valve seat is adjusted to control the pressure of the hydraulic oil. When the system pressure exceeds the set value, the valve core is pushed open, causing part of the hydraulic oil to overflow back to the tank to reduce the system pressure.

     Example: Taking the operation of the forearm as an example, when the PPC valve outputs PPC oil pressure to the left end of the forearm main valve core, the valve core is pushed to the right, and the high-pressure oil output by the main pump enters the bottom end of the cylinder, pushing the piston rod to extend; if the PPC oil pressure reaches the right end of the forearm main valve core, the valve core is pushed to the left, and the high-pressure oil enters the upper end of the cylinder, pushing the piston rod to retract.

     By changing the position of the valve core in the valve body, the flow direction of the hydraulic oil is switched, thereby controlling the movement direction of the excavator's actuator. When the joystick is actuated, the pilot oil enters one end of the valve core, overcomes the spring force to move the valve core, cuts off the original oil channel, connects a new oil channel, and allows the hydraulic oil to flow to the corresponding cylinder or motor.
