Working principle of Sx-12 distribution valve inlet valve block

   There are main safety valve, compensating pressure relief valve and mid-position unloading valve on the inlet valve block. The main safety valve is used to limit the maximum pressure of the system. When the system pressure exceeds 24.5MPa, the main safety valve opens and overflows back to the oil tank to prevent system overload. When the compensating pressure relief valve is in the middle position of the reversing valve, the compensating pressure oil is returned through its throttle hole to achieve mid-position unloading energy saving. One end of the mid-position unloading valve is acted on by the oil pump pressure oil, and the other end is acted on by the compensating pressure Ls and spring force. When the reversing valve is in the middle position, Ls=0, the oil pump pressure oil overcomes the spring force to open this valve, so that the oil returns to the oil tank, and the oil pump is unloaded at low pressure; when the reversing valve is actuated, the Ls pressure generated pushes the valve core, cuts off the passage between the oil inlet and the oil return port, and the pressure oil of the hydraulic pump supplies oil to the multi-way valve inlet valve block to provide pressure oil for the actuator.
