   Working principle

When the travel control valve is in the middle position, the oil circuit from the oil inlet is cut off, and the four working ports are connected to the oil return port through the internal channel to realize oil return. When the travel control lever is moved backward, the backward movement of the control lever is converted into the downward movement of the right push rod through the rocker arm and other components, and the downward displacement of the push rod is transmitted to the valve core through the spring seat clamp spring and the balance spring. Under the joint action of the balance spring and the outlet secondary pressure, the valve core keeps the force of the braking force on the push rod balanced and maintains the valve core in a constant position. When the thrust and the stroke of the push rod remain unchanged, the outlet pressure remains constant. When the foot valve is in the maximum working position, the pressure relief effect of the valve core fails and the outlet pressure increases.

- Control the travel speed: adjust the travel speed of the excavator by controlling the hydraulic oil flow and working pressure of the travel pump. When the driver steps on the foot valve, the hydraulic oil flow increases, the working pressure increases, and the excavator travels faster; when the foot valve is released, the hydraulic oil flow decreases, the working pressure decreases, and the excavator travels slower.

- Control steering: The operator controls the direction of the excavator by applying different pedaling forces, including forward, backward, and steering. The foot valve adjusts the flow and pressure in the hydraulic system to make the excavator's travel direction more accurate and stable.
