At this time, the secondary outlet pressure acting on the valve core and the thrust acting on the push rod are balanced by the parallel springs in sequence. When the push rod formation remains unchanged, the inlet pressure remains constant. When the operating handle reaches the maximum formation angle, the valve core is in a fully switched state under the action of the push rod. At this time, the decompression effect of the valve core disappears, and the inlet pressure is equivalent to the pilot pressure of the engine oil port. That is, the position of the valve core is changed by the operating handle to control the flow direction and pressure of the pilot oil, and then control the action of the main control valve, and finally achieve precise control of each cylinder and motor of the excavator, so that the excavator can complete the corresponding action.
