The JCB220 hydraulic pump safety solenoid valve is usually a pilot solenoid valve. Its working principle is: when the power is on, the electromagnetic coil generates electromagnetic force to open the pilot hole, the pressure in the upper chamber drops rapidly, and a pressure difference of low at the top and high at the bottom is formed around the closing part. The fluid pressure pushes the closing part upward and the valve opens; when the power is off, the spring force closes the pilot hole, and the inlet pressure forms a pressure difference of low at the bottom and high at the top around the closing part through the bypass hole. The fluid pressure pushes the closing part downward and closes the valve.

The functions of the JCB220 hydraulic pump safety solenoid valve mainly include the following points:

- Control the start and stop of the hydraulic pump: control the oil inlet channel of the hydraulic pump by opening and closing the solenoid valve. Power on to open the channel, and the hydraulic pump works; power off to close the channel, and the hydraulic pump stops, realizing the start and stop control of the hydraulic system.

- Accurate control of flow and pressure: adjusting the opening of the solenoid valve can accurately control the flow and pressure of the hydraulic system, meet the hydraulic requirements under different working conditions, and make the hydraulic system work more stably and efficiently.
