  Working principle

The oil return check valve has valve core, spring and other components inside. When the return oil in the hydraulic system flows from the inlet to the outlet, the oil pressure overcomes the spring force and pushes the valve core to open, so that the oil can smoothly flow back to the oil tank or other designated locations through the check valve. When the oil tries to flow back from the outlet to the inlet, under the combined action of the spring force and the reverse oil pressure, the valve core fits tightly on the valve seat to prevent the oil from flowing back, thereby realizing the function of only allowing the oil to flow in one direction.

Function

       - Generate back pressure: Let the return oil generate enough back pressure to compensate for the cavitation that may exist in the system, avoid cavitation, noise and vibration caused by cavitation, and ensure the smooth operation of the hydraulic system.

      - Protective components: Prevent excessive return oil disturbance or impact from damaging components such as radiators and filters, extend the service life of these components, and ensure the normal heat dissipation and filtration functions of the hydraulic system.

   - Maintaining stable system pressure: It helps to maintain stable pressure in the hydraulic system, prevents fluctuations in return oil pressure from affecting the operation of other parts of the system, and ensures the reliability and stability of the entire hydraulic system.
