    The CAT336D2 fan pump solenoid valve works mainly based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. The machine's electronic control module (ECM) monitors signals from sensors such as hydraulic oil temperature, engine coolant temperature, and intake manifold temperature. When the relevant temperature reaches a certain value, the ECM sends a signal to the fan pump pressure control solenoid valve to control the opening of the solenoid valve by changing the output current.

        When the solenoid valve receives the minimum current sent by the machine ECM, the valve core is attracted to a certain position by electromagnetic force, and the maximum flow is sent to the fan motor, causing the fan to rotate at the maximum speed controlled by the software. If the communication between the machine ECM and the "fan pump pressure control" solenoid valve is lost, the solenoid valve will be in the default state, at which time the fan will run at the maximum mechanical pressure setting value (high pressure cut-off), the system pressure will increase, and the fan speed will be higher than the maximum fan speed usually controlled by software.
