 Working pressure principle

   The housing of the lifter is equipped with multiple oil channels and interfaces for connecting the hydraulic pump and other related components to transport and distribute hydraulic oil. When the hydraulic system is working, the pressure oil enters the lifter from a specific oil channel. The valve core moves in the housing and regulates the flow direction and pressure of the hydraulic oil by changing the on-off state of different oil channels. For example, when the valve core is in a certain position, the pressure oil can flow to a specific actuator to drive it to work; while in another position, the oil flow direction may be restricted or changed, causing the actuator to stop or change its action. The piston cooperates with the valve core to transfer the liquid pressure, and the spring provides the valve core with a reset force, so that the lifter can return to its initial state when there is no external command.

     The PC78 lifter valve core assembly can accurately control the flow direction and pressure of the hydraulic oil according to the different working conditions of the equipment.
