The machine features an integrated structure of a main pump and pilot gear pump, equipped with Kawasaki's mature load-sensing hydraulic control system and independent power and flow/pressure regulating valves. Synchronized and balanced oil supply ensures smooth operation during digging, swinging, traveling, and breaking, eliminating stalling and speed drops.
2. Internal plungers and distribution plates are made of high-wear-resistant alloy and precision-ground, minimizing internal leakage and pressure drop under long-term earthmoving and breaking impact conditions.
3. The thickened cast steel casing includes lifting rings for easy disassembly and maintenance. Multiple overload buffer circuits effectively control hydraulic oil temperature, extending the service life of pipelines and seals.
