Product Introduction

This GVO high-precision hydraulic main relief valve is precisely manufactured to match the three main models of Komatsu's medium-to-large tonnage heavy-duty excavators: PC300-7, PC350-7, and PC350-8. It is a multi-way distribution valve with built-in pressure control relief valve, commonly known in the industry as the "main cannon," overload safety valve, or pressure regulating valve. It is a core pressure safety component in the hydraulic system of 30-ton heavy-duty excavators.

The valve body is made of high-alloy structural steel, integrally forged and formed from a single blank. It undergoes a dual strengthening process of high-temperature tempering heat treatment and surface high-frequency quenching, significantly improving the overall hardness of the valve body. It can withstand instantaneous peak high-pressure impacts for extended periods and will not experience valve body deformation, thread stripping, or body cracking even under long-term immersion in high-temperature hydraulic oil and continuous scouring by oil impurities.

The valve core and seat employ an ultra-precision inner and outer circular grinding process, while the sealing cone surface undergoes mirror honing and polishing. Micron-level clearance eliminates common problems such as high-pressure internal leakage, pressure drop during hot starts, and slow pressure release. The internal pressure spring is made of high-temperature resistant chromium-vanadium alloy spring steel, having undergone tens of thousands of reciprocating opening and closing fatigue tests. Under long-term high-intensity operation, the spring force decays only slightly, and the overflow start-up pressure remains constant over time, preventing spring fatigue and breakage that could lead to pressure loss.

The external connection threads are precision rolled, with standard pitch and a tight fit. It is equipped with oil-resistant, high and low temperature resistant, and aging-resistant fluororubber O-rings, ensuring no bulging or leakage under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
