Product Introduction

This RPEC-LAN threaded cartridge relief valve is specifically designed for JCB 540-170 and JCB 550-170 telescopic boom forklifts. It is the core pressure control valve integrated into the machine's hydraulic distribution valve, playing a crucial role in locking the upper pressure limit of the hydraulic system, relieving overload pressure, and maintaining constant system pressure. It directly determines the forklift's lifting capacity, the smoothness of the telescopic boom's movement, and the power output of steering and hydraulic attachments. It provides comprehensive protection for high-value hydraulic components such as the main hydraulic pump, lifting cylinder, telescopic cylinder, travel motor, and high-pressure oil pipes, preventing damage to parts caused by sudden overpressure under heavy loads.

The entire relief valve assembly is CNC machined from a single solid high-toughness alloy structural steel bar. The valve core's cylindrical surface undergoes double precision machining, including centerless grinding and mirror polishing. The valve core's coaxiality and fitting clearance achieve micron-level precision, ensuring smooth reciprocating sliding after installation in the valve bore. This effectively avoids malfunctions such as uneven wear, oil impurities causing jamming, and valve core opening/closing difficulties, reducing the failure rate from a machining precision perspective.

The valve core, valve seat, pressure regulating spring, throttling damper, and other internal core moving components all undergo a double heat treatment process: carburizing and quenching followed by low-temperature stress-relief tempering. This balances surface hardness and body toughness, enabling long-term resistance to continuous erosion from high-pressure hydraulic oil and abrasive scratches from fine hard particles within the oil. This fundamentally eliminates common relief valve problems such as sealing surface scoring, excessive high-pressure internal leakage, and unstable system pressure locking.

The valve body connection thread is a precision standard thread with uniform pitch and balanced meshing force, making it less prone to loosening and pressure leakage under bumpy and continuous vibration conditions of the forklift. The top pressure adjusting screw is equipped with double locking nuts, which are firmly locked after the working pressure is adjusted to prevent pressure drift and decline during long-term operation.
