This threaded cartridge relief valve is a dedicated pressure control safety accessory for the main control multi-way valves of SK130-8, SK140-8, and E313GX medium-sized excavators. 13-ton class construction machinery primarily undertakes tasks such as municipal road construction, trench excavation, landscaping, building construction, sand and gravel transportation, and rural land reclamation. Daily operations involve frequent movements, with slewing, bucket digging, and boom lifting subjected to cyclical alternating high-pressure impacts over extended periods.

The relief valve body is integrally forged from high-toughness alloy steel, eliminating the need for ordinary sand castings and preventing inherent defects such as porosity, sand holes, and loose material from the source. Core components like the valve core and seat, which undergo high-frequency reciprocating motion and long-term pressure friction, undergo a double heat treatment process of quenching and surface carburizing hardening. This results in sufficient surface hardness and excellent wear and impact resistance, resisting abrasive wear from iron filings and impurities within the hydraulic oil, effectively extending the overall service life of the relief valve.

The valve core mating area is meticulously ground using high-precision CNC grinding equipment, strictly controlling the optimal mating clearance between the valve core and valve sleeve. This ensures smooth and sensitive valve core opening and resetting actions, reducing the probability of troublesome malfunctions such as valve core jamming and return-to-position sticking. The hexagonal locking position at the bottom of the valve body is thickened and widened, ensuring even wrench force during maintenance and disassembly, preventing slippage and chipping of edges. Multiple segmented sealing structures are equipped with high-temperature resistant and oil-aging resistant rubber O-rings, providing multi-layer protection to prevent dust and metal debris from entering the valve core's working clearance.

All pressure relief oil holes are machined using CNC precision drilling technology, resulting in smooth, burr-free inner walls of the oil passages. This minimizes eddy current loss and reduces oil pressure pulsation during hydraulic oil flow. The valve body surface is also treated with rust prevention and wear resistance, preventing rust and peeling even after prolonged immersion in high-temperature hydraulic oil or in dusty or muddy construction environments. This makes it fully suitable for the demanding operating conditions of medium-sized excavators operating continuously under heavy loads around the clock.
