Product Introduction

This threaded cartridge-type relief valve is a dedicated pressure control accessory for the multi-way main control valve of Ishikawajima 135, 150, and 155 medium-duty excavators. These three tonnage models of Ishikawajima construction machinery are positioned for precision earthmoving operations, often involved in municipal pipeline excavation, residential infrastructure construction, landscaping renovation, farmland reclamation, stone transportation, and indoor construction in confined spaces. The working environment is complex, requiring frequent high-intensity actions such as boom raising and lowering, bucket digging, machine rotation, and climbing/walking. The hydraulic circuits are subjected to continuous cyclic alternating high-pressure impacts.

The relief valve body is integrally forged from high-strength alloy steel, abandoning the use of ordinary sand castings, thus fundamentally avoiding inherent defects such as porosity, sand holes, and loose material. Core components like the valve core and seat, which undergo continuous reciprocating motion and long-term pressure and friction, undergo a dual heat treatment process of quenching hardening and surface carburizing. This results in sufficient surface hardness and strong wear and impact resistance, protecting against abrasive damage from metal particles and impurities within the hydraulic oil, significantly extending the overall service life of the relief valve.

The valve core mating area is meticulously ground using high-precision CNC grinding equipment, precisely controlling the scientifically reasonable fit clearance between the valve core and valve sleeve. This ensures smooth and sensitive valve core opening and resetting, reducing troublesome malfunctions such as valve core jamming and return-to-positioning difficulties. The hexagonal locking area at the lower end of the valve body is thickened and widened, ensuring even wrench force during maintenance and disassembly, preventing slippage and edge chipping. Multi-stage sealing positions are equipped with high-temperature resistant, hydraulic oil corrosion-resistant, and aging-resistant O-rings, providing multi-layered sealing protection to prevent dust and metal impurities from entering the valve core's working clearance.
