Product Introduction

This threaded cartridge relief valve is a dedicated pressure control valve for the multi-way main control valve of mainstream medium-sized excavators such as the  EC140, EC210, and EC240. These three models have a large market presence and are widely used in various engineering scenarios, including urban municipal pipeline excavation, highway subgrade construction, river dredging, earthwork transportation, hard soil excavation in mountainous areas, and new rural infrastructure construction. These applications often require long-term, high-frequency operations in muddy areas, gravel pits, and confined construction zones.

The entire valve body is forged from high-strength alloy steel, eliminating the need for ordinary sand casting and avoiding inherent defects such as porosity, sand holes, and loose material in castings. Core components such as the valve core and seat, which bear pressure and slide repeatedly, undergo double heat treatment including quenching hardening and surface carburizing hardening. This results in sufficient surface hardness, excellent wear resistance and impact resistance, resisting abrasive wear from iron filings and hard mud in the hydraulic oil, effectively extending the service life of the relief valve. The valve core mating positions are meticulously ground using high-precision CNC grinding equipment, with strict control over the scientific assembly clearance between the valve core and valve sleeve. This ensures smooth and sensitive valve core opening and resetting, fundamentally reducing the probability of troublesome malfunctions such as valve core jamming and return-to-position sticking. The bottom hexagonal locking end is thickened, ensuring even force distribution on the wrench during maintenance and disassembly, preventing slippage and edge damage. Multiple sealing points are equipped with high-temperature resistant, hydraulic oil corrosion resistant, and aging-resistant O-rings, providing multi-layered sealing protection to prevent dust and metal impurities from entering the valve core working clearance.
